North Pottersfield Cottage sits high within the village of Albourne, West Sussex. The Grade II listed cottage has been sympathetically restored with the oldest part being 15th Century. On entering the kitchen, you go through into the dining and garden room which opens onto the cottage garden via bi-fold doors and looks across the ever changing views of the Weald and countryside. Being a smallholding, you can enjoy the sheep, chickens, birds and wildlife that live there and potter around the veggie plot and countryside. You may be lucky enough to be there when lambing takes place.
 

There are three double bedrooms available for bed and breakfast. One with ensuite and balcony where you can sit, when the weather allows, and have breakfast and enjoy the far reaching views. One double, which can be converted into twin beds if required, with own private bathroom opposite and another double on the top floor, in the crow’s nest, with ensuite and loungette area. Each room has a TV with freeview channels and there is wifi and internet available.
 

All rooms have views across the fields and Weald so expect to see wildlife and birds. Breakfast is continental with cereals, fresh breads, croissants, jams and homebred boiled eggs.

Prices quoted are for the room based on two people sharing and are inclusive of continental breakfast. Continental Breakfast is available from 8am to 10.00 am weekends and 7am to 10.00 am weekdays.
